A model in which the germicidal lamp and the quartz glass pipe are separate and are arranged parallet to one another.
This is our company’s basic model. It offers easy replacement of the germicidal lamp and easy cleaning of the quartz glass pipe, and doasts a proven track record of having been installed in thousands of marine vessels.

THE DIRECT IRRADIATION TYPE(BASIC)

A model with a very popular configuration adopted throughout the world, in which a protective quartz glass pipe and a germicidal lamp are inserted directly into a stainless steel shell.
This model is particularly suitable when a relatively large amount of treated water is required, i.e. for ferries, passenger ships, offshore structures etc.
Nevertheless, it also has a proven track record of being installed in many general merchant vessels.
A model equipment with “Braek(off) for lamp output model” is also available.

The chemical injection device can be used for a wide range of purposes by selecting the chemicals to be used.
We handle “hypochlorous acid for sterilizing drinking water”, “mineral agent for drinking water after treatment with water making equipment”, “rust preventive for preventing corrosion in piping”. ..
The injection method is a “quantitative injection method” that receives a signal from a fresh water pump or a flow switch and injects a fixed amount regardless of the flow rate, and a “proportional injection method” that is equipped with a flow meter and the injection amount fluctuates according to the pulse signal from the flow meter. We can handle both of these.

1)Designed for marine use, the exterior of the cold water fountain is made entirely of stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance.

2) The unit is equipped with a built-in sterilizer with more than sufficient sterilizing capacity, helping ensure a clean and hygienic drinking water supply for all crew members.
A sterilization performance test was conducted by the Japan Food Research Laboratories in May 2026.

3)The built-in filter removes impurities from the water and helps prevent a decline in sterilization performance.

4)The water outlet has been changed to a single fountain outlet. A detachable glass filler is also supplied, allowing users to select the appropriate method depending on the situation.
This change has also enabled the solenoid valve to be relocated to the inlet side of the tank, helping reduce excessive water discharge under high water pressure.

Models with a filter, as well as standard models without a filter or sterilizer, are also available.

Dasron filters are genuine products made by Nippon control’s Co.,Ltd. a company with an expert knowledge of marine vessels.
As filters for fresh water and drinking water, they boast over 30 years experience.
The filters are cartridge type and have an approximately 200-micron mesh that is suitable for filtering out relatively large particles, thus matching the needs of marine vessels well.
Replacement of the cartridge when worn out is simple.
These filters can be used either alone or else for pretreatment in combination with a sterilizer.

It is well known that activated charcoal can remove impurities and unpleasant odors.
Our company’s activated charcoal filter for fresh water makes use of activated charcoal that is made from coconut shells and has a high purity.
It is highly effective at desalinating, deodorizing and decolorizing water delivering water that is tasty and crystal clear.

Fresh water generators currently in use on board marine vesseles produce water containing virtually no minerals that is not suitable for human consumption.
Our company’s re-hardening filter uses natural mineral ores in the filter medium thus adding magnesium and calcium to pure water that in both tasty and will safeguard the health of a ship’s crew even during long sea voyages.

This is one of our representative storage-type water heater models. The tank is constructed entirely of stainless steel, eliminating concerns about rust and corrosion.

This heat exchanger provides an ample supply of hot water for kitchens, baths and showers, laundry rooms, and other facilities. Its compact design allows flexible installation in a wide range of locations.

(1) The steam heater and electric heater can be custom-designed to provide the required heating capacity. Since the hot water is continuously circulated, it can be supplied at a constant temperature at all times.

(2) Operation is fully automatic and requires no manual intervention during operation. The unit is also equipped with safety devices to prevent an abnormal or sudden rise in temperature.

This is one of our standard storage-type calorifier models. The tank is constructed entirely of stainless steel, eliminating concerns about corrosion.

This calorifier supplies ample hot water to galleys, bathrooms and showers, laundry rooms, and other facilities.

Hot water is maintained at a constant temperature in the storage tank, allowing a large volume of hot water to be used immediately when required.

Because the water is heated and stored over time, sufficient hot water can be produced even with a relatively low-capacity heater.
